Welcome to Paw Celebration! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Paw Celebration's website and services. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Appointments and Bookings

Booking Times


1. Punctuality: We value your time and strive to keep our appointments on schedule. Customers are required to arrive at the scheduled booking time.
2. Late Arrivals: If the customer arrives more than 15 minutes after the booking time, Paw Celebration reserves the right to reschedule the appointment to ensure that our services remain timely for all customers.

Aggressive Pets


1. Safety: The safety of both your pets and our groomers is our top priority.
2. Aggressive Behavior: If a pet displays aggressive behavior that poses a risk to itself, other pets, or our groomers, we reserve the right to terminate the grooming session immediately.
3. Refund Policy: In such cases where the grooming session is terminated due to aggression, the customer will receive a full refund for the session.

 

Services and Fees

1. Service Description: Paw Celebration provides a variety of grooming services for pets, including but not limited to bathing, haircuts, nail trimming, and ear cleaning.
2. Fees: All fees for services are as listed on our website and are subject to change at the discretion of Paw Celebration.

 

Payment

1. Payment Methods: We accept various forms of payment including credit/debit cards and online payment options.
2. Payment Terms: Payment for services is required at the time of booking or at the time of service, depending on the agreed terms.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

1. Cancellation Policy: Customers must cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
2. Rescheduling Policy: Customers may reschedule appointments up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Late arrivals, as noted above, may also result in rescheduling at Paw Celebration's discretion.

Liability

1. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their pets, including health and behavioral issues.
2. *iability Waiver: While Paw Celebration takes all necessary precautions, we are not liable for any injury or health issues that may arise during or after the grooming session.

Privacy Policy

1. Customer Information: Paw Celebration respects the privacy of our customers. Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
2. Data Protection: We implement security measures to protect your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee complete security and are not liable for any breaches that occur beyond our control.
