ROYAL CANIN® Mother & Babycat Loaf is formulated with the nutritional needs of the mother and her kittens in mind. This food is suitable for gestating or lactating queens as well as 1 to 4 month old kittens during their 1st age. Between 4 and 12 weeks after birth, the natural immunity acquired from the mother’s colostrum (a milky secretion rich in protective antibodies) gradually decreases. ROYAL CANIN® Mother & Babycat contains a patented complex of antioxidants, including vitamin E, which helps to support the kittens’ natural defences while their immune systems are still developing. ROYAL CANIN® Mother & Babycat Loaf is ultra-soft with a delicate mousse texture for easy chewing and effective rehydration. ROYAL CANIN® Mother & Babycat Loaf is also designed to match the optimal nutritional profile instinctively preferred by kittens – making weaning and mealtime routines much easier for the consistent intake of nutrients your kitten needs. To cater to each cat’s individual preferences, ROYAL CANIN® Mother & Babycat is also available as dry food, in a tasty and crunchy kibble. If you’re considering mixed feeding, simply follow our feeding guidelines to ensure your cat gets an accurate amount of both wet and dry food for optimal benefit.
Returns are accepted only in the case of any defect or if the product is received by the customer in a damaged condition.
A return/exchange request should be raised via email quoting the order number, within 48 hours of receiving the product, or else PawCelebration will not be liable to accept the return/exchange request.
The email should contain a detailed description of the nature of the concern, and pictures/videos of the product in case of damages or defects with the invoice details on the package for a detailed investigation of the damage from our end.
Please ship your return/exchange order to the shipping address communicated to you via email. This tends to vary based on the product. This cost will have to be borne by you. Please note, that should the fault be ours (in case of product defect), the courier charges will be borne by us.
Please note that we may only process exchanges and returns once you have shipped us the product.
Refunds will be processed within 10 days after receiving the returned goods.
A full refund will be provided in case of the item(s) being paid for using credit/debit
card and a store credit in case of the payment being made through COD. We must receive the product within a strict period time of one week from the delivery date for this purpose.
Goods will only be accepted if they are not washed, used or damaged and are in original packaging.
Replacement of the product would be subjective to the availability of the product at the same time on the website.
You agree and acknowledge PawCelebration decision in regards to the Return, Exchange and Refund policy which shall be final and binding to you and that you are not entitled to raise claims of any nature once PawCelebration has notified you about its decision.
