ROYAL CANIN® Hairball Care
Cats often spend large parts of its day self-grooming and can therefore swallow large quantities of hair. This ingested hair can become compacted in the digestive tract, resulting in the formation of hairballs which are then either regurgitated or eliminated through its faeces. ROYAL CANIN® Hairball Care is composed of a specific blend of dietary fibres, including psyllium (rich in mucilage) and insoluble fibres to help naturally stimulate healthy intestinal transit. As a result, hair swallowed daily can be eliminated in its faeces rather than building up in the stomach and being regurgitated. ROYAL CANIN® Hairball Care contains a precise combination of nutrients with a high protein content (34%) and a high fat content (15%) to ensure that a healthy level of nutrients is maintained effectively. ROYAL CANIN® Hairball Care has been proven to eliminate twice as much excess hair in a cat’s body after just 14 days of feeding. To cater to each cat’s individual preferences, ROYAL CANIN® Hairball Care is also available as wet food in delicious gravy. Returns are accepted only in the case of any defect or if the product is received by the customer in a damaged condition.
A return/exchange request should be raised via email quoting the order number, within 48 hours of receiving the product, or else PawCelebration will not be liable to accept the return/exchange request.
The email should contain a detailed description of the nature of the concern, and pictures/videos of the product in case of damages or defects with the invoice details on the package for a detailed investigation of the damage from our end.
Please ship your return/exchange order to the shipping address communicated to you via email. This tends to vary based on the product. This cost will have to be borne by you. Please note, that should the fault be ours (in case of product defect), the courier charges will be borne by us.
Please note that we may only process exchanges and returns once you have shipped us the product.
Refunds will be processed within 10 days after receiving the returned goods.
A full refund will be provided in case of the item(s) being paid for using credit/debit
card and a store credit in case of the payment being made through COD. We must receive the product within a strict period time of one week from the delivery date for this purpose.
Goods will only be accepted if they are not washed, used or damaged and are in original packaging.
Replacement of the product would be subjective to the availability of the product at the same time on the website.
You agree and acknowledge PawCelebration decision in regards to the Return, Exchange and Refund policy which shall be final and binding to you and that you are not entitled to raise claims of any nature once PawCelebration has notified you about its decision.
