Indoor adult cats like yours tend to get less exercise than outdoor cats, that’s why a balanced and complete diet containing beneficial nutrients is important for optimal health. ROYAL CANIN® Indoor 27 contains a highly digestible protein (L.I.P.) that’s specifically selected for its very high digestibility. This protein also helps to reduce the quantity of your cat’s stool, as well as reducing the smelly stool odour that occurs when cats have a lower intestinal transit due to a lack of exercise. This food has a moderate fat content in order to ensure that your cat’s calorie intake is aligned with its level of activity – the calorie content also contributes to the maintenance of a healthy weight. It’s common for indoor cats to spend long periods of time grooming themselves. Thanks to the inclusion of specific dietary fibres, such as psyllium, this food also helps to stimulate the clearance of ingested hair – resulting in a significantly reduced amount of hairballs. Variations of ROYAL CANIN® Indoor dry food are also available depending on your cat’s lifestyle, appearance, and age: Indoor Appetite Control, Indoor Long Hair, and Indoor 7+.

  •  Returns are accepted only in the case of any  defect or if the product is received by the customer in a damaged condition.

     A return/exchange request should be raised via email quoting the order number, within 48 hours of receiving the product, or else PawCelebration will not be liable to accept the return/exchange request.

     The email should contain a detailed description of the nature of the concern, and pictures/videos of the product in case of damages or  defects with the invoice details on the package for a detailed investigation of the damage from our end.

     Please ship your return/exchange order to the shipping address communicated to you via email. This tends to vary based on the product. This cost will have to be borne by you. Please note, that should the fault be ours (in case of product defect), the courier charges will be borne by us.

     Please note that we may only process exchanges and returns once you have shipped us the product.

     Refunds will be processed within 10 days after receiving the returned goods.

     A full refund will be provided in case of the item(s) being paid for using credit/debit

    card and a store credit in case of the payment being made through COD. We must receive the product within a strict period time of one week from the delivery date for this purpose.

     Goods will only be accepted if they are not washed, used or damaged and are in original packaging.

     Replacement of the product would be subjective to the availability of the product at the same time on the website.

    You agree and acknowledge PawCelebration decision in regards to the Return, Exchange and Refund policy which shall be final and binding to you and that you are not entitled to raise claims of any nature once PawCelebration has notified you about its decision.
